Adjustable solid rubber hose stop for lead length positioning, and long lasting, chip resistant and rust inhibiting CPC powder coat finish.

Base Assembly

1" Solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings for smooth rotation. Non-corrosive stainless steel spring, pawl, and zinc plated ratchet.

***Reinforced steel - -The steel guide arm and base are stamped with ribs and gussets to insure maximum strength and lightest possible weight.

***Full flow stress free swivel design - -The full flow swivel combines the highest grade seal design and materials with bearing areas to insure maximum service life. The hose is plumbed into the base to eliminate the risk of undue stress on the swivel.

***Long life drive spring - -Declutching arbor virtually eliminates possibility of spring damage due to reverse winding. Only the highest quality spring steel is used and conditioned to insure there are no imperfections offering maximum service life.

Application

1.What technical data should be provided for our customized slip ring,Rotary Joint,Hose reel model.

A:
If you want to costomize the special slip ring model, you need provide details as below:
a. Operatring speed(RPM)
b. The type of installation
c. Outline size
d. Channels(the No. of single wire besides cable)
e. Rated voltage & current for power rings and signal rings
f. The signal type and related parameters(very important)
g. Operating temperature h.IP(sealing requirements)

2.How long is your production lead time?

A: It needs 7 to 15 days for standard products, 10 to 20 days for simple customized products,
15 to 40 days for complex customized porducts.

3.How do I increase or reduce spring tension?

To increase spring tension:

Adding wraps of hose will increase spring tension. This can be accomplished by pulling out approximately 10 feet of hose, hand feed hose back up through roller bracket assembly* until loop is large enough to slip over sheave. Add two or three wraps until desired tension is achieved. Do not exceed spring capacity.

To reduce spring tension:

This can be accomplished by removing wraps of hose from the reel sheave. Remove wraps of hose from the sheave, one wrap at a time, until desired tension is obtained.
*For Series D9000 reels, you will have to remove the bumper and control handle then feed end of hose through roller bracket assembly to add or remove wraps of hose from the reel drum.
